Enabling JavaScript in your Browser

In order for some interactive features to work on this site, you will need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

Windows Internet Explorer 5, 5.5, 6, and 7
  1. Select "Tools" from the menu bar and click on "Internet Options...".
  2. Click the "Security" tab and then click the "Custom Level..." button.
  3. Scroll down to the Scripting category and select the "Enable" radio button for "Active Scripting".
  4. Click the Yes button in the "Are you sure..." window.
  5. Click the OK button.
  6. Click the Refresh button.
Windows Firefox
  1. Select "Tools" from the menu bar and click on "Options".
  2. Select the "Content" tab.
  3. Click on checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript"
  4. Click the "OK" button.
  5. Click the Reload button.
Windows Flock
  1. Select "Tools" from the menu bar and click on "Options".
  2. Select the "Content" tab.
  3. Click on checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript"
  4. Click the "OK" button.
  5. Click the Reload button.
Windows Netscape Navigator 8
  1. Select "Tools" from the menu bar and click on "Preferences".
  2. Select the "Site Controls" option in the "Security and Privacy" section.
  3. Set the checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript". If you wish you can adjust what scripts are allowed to do by pressing the "Advanced" button.
  4. Click the "OK" button.
  5. Click the Reload button.
Windows Netscape Navigator 6
  1. Select "Edit" from the menu bar and click on "Preferences".
  2. Select the "Advanced" option.
  3. Click on checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript for Navigator"
  4. Click the "OK" button.
  5. Click the Reload button.
Windows Netscape Navigator 4.77 - 4.79
  1. Select "Edit" from the menu bar and click on "Preferences".
  2. Select the "Advanced" option.
  3. Click on checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript"
  4. Click the "OK" button.
  5. Click the Reload button.
Windows Mozilla
  1. Select "Edit" from the menu bar and click on "Preferences".
  2. Click on plus sign next to "Advanced" to show Advanced options.
  3. Click on "Scripts & Plugins".
  4. Click on the checkbox next to "Navigator" under "Enable JavaScript for".
  5. Click the "OK" button.
  6. Click the Reload button.
Windows Opera
  1. Select "File" from the menu bar and click on "Quick preferences".
  2. Click on the checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript".
  3. Click the Reload button.
Windows Safari for Windows
  1. Select "Edit" from the menu bar and click on "Preferences...".
  2. Click on the "Security" icon.
  3. Click on checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript".
  4. Click the Reload button.
Windows America Online (AOL)
  1. Select "Settings".
  2. Select "Preferences".
  3. Select "Internet Properties".
  4. Select "Custom Level".
  5. Scroll down the Custom Level screen to "Scripting".
  6. Enable "Active Scripting".
  7. Select "Okay".
  8. Select "Yes" that you want to change the security settings.
  9. Select "Okay".
  10. Close the Preferneces window.
  11. Click the Reload button.
Macintosh Safari
  1. Select "Safari" from the menu bar and click on "Preferences...".
  2. Click on the "Security" icon.
  3. Click on checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript".
  4. Close that window.
  5. Close this window and Click the Reload button.
Macintosh Firefox
  1. Select "Firefox" from the menu bar and click on "Preferences...".
  2. Click on the "Content" tab.
  3. Click on checkbox next "Enable JavaScript".
  4. Close this window and Click the Reload button.
Macintosh Internet Explorer 5.x
  1. Select "Explorer" under OS X or "Edit" under earlier OSs from the menu bar and click on "Preferences...".
  2. Click on triangle next to "Web Browser" to open sub-menu if needed.
  3. Under "Active Content", click on checkbox next to "Enable Scripting"
  4. Click the "OK" button.
  5. Close this window and Click the Refresh button.
Macintosh Netscape Navigator 4.x
  1. Select "Edit" from the menu bar and click on "Preferences...".
  2. Click on "Advanced".
  3. Click on checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript"
  4. Click the "OK" button.
  5. Close this window and Click the Reload button.
Macintosh Netscape 7.x
  1. Select "Netscape" under OS X or "Edit" under earlier OSs from the menu bar and click on "Preferences...".
  2. Click on triangle next to "Advanced" to open sub-menu if needed.
  3. Click on "Scripts & Plugins".
  4. Click on checkbox next to "Navigator" under "Enable JavaScript for".
  5. Click the "OK" button.
  6. Close this window and Click the Reload button.
Macintosh Mozilla
  1. Select "Mozilla" under OS X or "Edit" under earlier OSs from the menu bar and click on "Preferences...".
  2. Click on triangle next to "Advanced" to open sub-menu if needed.
  3. Click on "Scripts & Plugins".
  4. Click on checkbox next to "Navigator" under "Enable JavaScript for".
  5. Click the "OK" button.
  6. Close this window and Click the Reload button.
Macintosh AOL for Mac OS X
  1. Select "AOL" from the menu bar and click on "Preferences...".
  2. Click on the www icon in the scrolling list on the left side.
  3. Click on the "Content" tab.
  4. Click on checkbox next to "Enable Javascript".
  5. Click the "OK" button.
  6. Close this window and Click the Reload button.

Please keep in mind that upgrading your browser or installing new security software or security patches may affect your JavaScript settings. It is a good idea to double-check that JavaScript is still enabled if you notice problems displaying pages on this site. Additionally, if your JavaScript setting is set to 'Prompt', you may encounter a warning about downloading potentially dangerous scripts from this website.

Occasionally interactive features can be inhibited by a firewall. If you experience persistent problems viewing JavaScript pages then you should check your firewall settings.
