Green Howards visit Fyndoune Community College

Ex-Green Howards living locally to the Fyndoune Community College in Sacriston, County Durham, were invited by the Head Teacher to chat with pupils about their military experiences.  As a thank you they were invited to lunch on Tuesday 22nd September at which time they were formally given their Veteran Medal from the Veterans Minister Mr Kevin Jones MP.  Judging by the smiles - 'a good time was had by all'.
