Sarah Taylor on her last day

Sadly we say good bye to Sarah Taylor. Sarah has worked at the museum for the past three years as Collections and Audience Development Officer. She came to us from Leicester University after graduating with a MA in Museum Studies. Sarah was hired as part of the Heritage Lottery Fund project working on digitisation of the photograph collection, recruiting volunteers and reorganisation of collection storage. Sarah created the Women At War exhibition, developed the Educational Resources including a children’s quiz and co-ordinated the development our new website. Now her contract comes to an end, Sarah leaves us to join the National Trust working at Nunnington Hall near Helmsley. Our loss is their gain. She was presented with flowers and chocolates from colleagues and we wish her well in her new job and future career.
