DANIELLE RECORDS A BIT OF GREEN HOWARDS HISTORY WHILE ON WORK EXPERIENCE
26th June 2009

Danielle working on a Green Howards Roll of Honour

Danielle Feetham from Richmond School has been completing her work experience at the museum this week. Danielle is 15 and will be taking her GCSEs next year.  One of her GCSEs is in history and she has spent the week with us to see if a career in museums suits her.

Danielle has been helping us at the museum by recording a roll of honour for Richmond soldiers who served in the World War I.  This information will be made available on the website very soon. Danielle has also mounted photographs, helped with research and spent time with one of our volunteers learning how we catalogue the collection.

Danielle says, "my time here has been interesting and fun and has given me a good idea of what working in a museum is all about."
