The Green Howards Museum has a number of photographs in its collection. Included on this page, are a selection of photographs that were taken when the Regiment was serving in Afghanistan (the North West Frontier) in 1919 and 1936. The Museum would be delighted that you browse through these photographs, and only ask that if you would like to use one of the photographs that you please request their permission.

All of the photographs are available as high definition images (over 2 Mb), so that should you require one of them for closer examination (e.g. an ancestor of yours has been identified on one of them) then please contact the Museum to request a copy.
